OFFICIAL RULES

Who Can Enter:

“Entrants” must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) (“U.S.”) and who are currently physically located therein. All Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless otherwise stated in this paragraph, as of the date of entry. If the Entrant is from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she is ineligible to enter the Giveaway. For purposes of this Giveaway, a minor is defined as a resident of (i) Alabama or Nebraska who is under nineteen (19) years of age, (ii) Mississippi who is under twenty-one (21) years of age, and (iii) any other state of the U.S. or D.C. under eighteen (18) years of age (“Minor”). Entrants must have either a valid Social Security number or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. Entrants must have lawful access to the method(s) of entry set forth in these official rules (“Rules”).

Employees of or Dino Bones Productions, Inc. (collectively, “Sponsor”), and their affiliated companies (including, without limitation, Fox Television Stations, LLC and Fox First Run, LLC), advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and the immediate family and household members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and stepchildren. The term “household members” refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Giveaway Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

When to Enter:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The Giveaway begins Monday, August 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and all entries must be received by Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PDT (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway. An individual, household, and/or immediate family may win only one (1) time during this Giveaway Period. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize from the Sponsor within any one-year period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered.

How to Play:

Five (5) Giveaway posts will be published to the @25wordsorlesstv Instagram account, with one (1) post expected to be published each day from Monday, August 3, 2026, through Friday, August 7, 2026 (each, a “Daily Giveaway Post” and collectively, the “Giveaway Posts”).

Each Daily Giveaway Post, including its caption, will feature three (3) clues that lead to one (1) correct summer-themed answer and will provide instructions for eligible Entrants on how to enter the Giveaway.

To earn one (1) entry in connection with a Daily Giveaway Post, Entrants must:

• Follow the @25wordsorlesstv Instagram account;
  
  
• Comment the correct answer to the three (3) clues on the applicable Daily Giveaway Post during the Giveaway Period; and
  
  
• After receiving an automated Instagram direct message from the official @25wordsorlesstv Instagram account, follow the instructions in the message and affirmatively confirm that they wish to enter the Giveaway (“DM Confirmation”).
  
  

Only comments containing the correct answer, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will initiate the entry-confirmation process. Sponsor may accept reasonable spelling, punctuation, capitalization, singular/plural, or other variations of the correct answer at its sole discretion.

After an Entrant submits a comment containing the correct answer, an automated Instagram direct message (“DM”) will be sent to the Entrant from the official @25wordsorlesstv Instagram account. The Entrant must follow the instructions in the DM and successfully complete the DM Confirmation in order to receive one (1) entry associated with that Daily Giveaway Post. Comments that do not result in a completed DM Confirmation will not be considered valid entries.

An Entrant may submit multiple guesses on a Daily Giveaway Post until the correct answer is submitted. Once an Entrant submits the correct answer and successfully completes the applicable DM Confirmation, the Entrant will receive one (1) entry for that Daily Giveaway Post. An Entrant may earn no more than one (1) entry per Daily Giveaway Post, for a maximum of five (5) entries during the Giveaway Period. Additional correct comments or DM Confirmations for the same Daily Giveaway Post will not result in additional entries.

Entrants may participate on multiple days. Each day on which an Entrant comments the correct answer and completes the corresponding DM Confirmation will earn that Entrant one (1) additional entry in the final random drawing. Therefore, an Entrant who successfully completes all five (5) Daily Giveaway Posts may receive up to five (5) entries.

Only eligible entries, including a correct comment and completed DM Confirmation, received during the Giveaway Period will qualify for the random prize drawing. Following the Instagram account must be maintained through the time winners are verified.

Selection and Notification of Winners:

At the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, all valid entries received in connection with the five (5) Daily Giveaway Posts will be compiled into one (1) randomized drawing.

Five (5) potential giveaway post winners (“giveaway post winners”) will be selected through a random drawing from among all valid entries. Each valid entry will constitute one (1) chance in the drawing. The drawing will take place on or about Monday, August 10, 2026.

An Entrant may be selected only once to be one of the five (5) potential giveaway post winners. If the same Entrant is selected more than once, the duplicate selection will be disregarded and an alternate potential giveaway post winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries.

A valid entry is defined as a correct Instagram comment on one of the Daily Giveaway Posts submitted during the Giveaway Period by an Entrant who satisfies all eligibility requirements, follows the @25wordsorlesstv Instagram account, completes the applicable DM Confirmation, and provides proof of eligibility if requested.

The five (5) potential giveaway post winners will be contacted on or around Monday, August 10, 2026, via Instagram Direct Message from the official @25wordsorlesstv Instagram account (“Prize Notification”). Sponsor will not contact potential giveaway post winners from any other Instagram account.

Each potential giveaway post winner must respond to the prize notification, and provide their email address within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the Prize Notification. Following this, the potential giveaway post winners will be contacted via email from digital@25words.com (“Winner Notification Email”) and must each provide the following information (“Required Information”) by Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT:

(i) A valid physical mailing address within the United States for Prize shipment;
(ii) Proof of date of birth;
(iii) a signed Certification of Eligibility and Release; and
(iv) Any additional information requested by the Sponsor in the manner communicated by sponsor.

Failure to provide all Required Information within the designated time frame or failure to respond to the Winner Notification Email will result in immediate disqualification and ineligibility to win the Giveaway Post Prize or Grand Prize. If a potential giveaway post winner cannot be reached, does not respond with all Required Information within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, an alternate potential giveaway post winner may be selected by random drawing if, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, time permits and in compliance with these Rules.

The Prizes:

There will be five (5) giveaway post winners. Each giveaway post winner will receive one (1) summer prize bundle consisting of:

• One (1) Tommy Bahama gift card valued at two hundred dollars ($200); and
  
  
• One (1) Barnes & Noble gift card valued at two hundred dollars ($200).
  
  

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each summer prize bundle is four hundred dollars ($400).

One (1) of the five (5) giveaway post winners will be chosen as the grand prize winner (“grand prize winner”) and will also receive a two-night stay at any participating hotel featured on WyndhamRewards.com, the #1 hotel rewards program ("Grand Prize"). The recipient of the Grand Prize will be selected at random from among the five confirmed giveaway post winners. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is four hundred sixty-two dollars ($462).

The approximate retail value of the combined prize received by the giveaway post winner who is also selected to receive the Grand Prize is eight hundred sixty-two dollars ($862). Prize values are stated in U.S. dollars.

To redeem the Hotel Prize, the grand prize winner must create a Wyndham Rewards account at WyndhamRewards.com and email a copy of the travel voucher to Winners@wyndhamrewards.com, along with their Wyndham Rewards account number. The applicable Wyndham Rewards points will then be deposited into the winner’s account and may be redeemed at participating Wyndham properties featured on WyndhamRewards.com, subject to availability and all applicable Wyndham Rewards terms, property restrictions, point requirements, blackout dates, and other limitations.

The grand prize winner must complete the redemption process and have the points deposited into their Wyndham Rewards account on or before the claim-by date printed on the travel voucher. The claim-by date cannot be extended. The grand prize winner is solely responsible for reviewing and following all instructions included with the travel certificate.

Transportation, including airfare and ground transportation, meals, parking, gratuities, resort fees, incidental expenses, and any other costs not expressly included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner.

Tommy Bahama and Barnes & Noble gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, expiration policies, and restrictions imposed by their respective issuers.

Both the Giveaway Post Prizes and the Grand Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by a winner. A winner cannot assign or transfer a Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

Each winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the Prize set forth in these Rules.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of correct and valid entries received.

Entrant’s Information:

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, voices, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for broadcast, online posting, and/or in any other media, including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.

Giveaway Rules:

These Rules are available at 25words.com/giveawayrules through September 8, 2026. This URL will also be included in the captions of the Giveaway Posts on Instagram for easy reference.

Miscellaneous:

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, a trust account, posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prizes. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a particular entry, Sponsor will determine the entrant’s identity or select an alternate winner, in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, software, Instagram, or automated messaging platform malfunctions of any kind for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive, entries, winner information, DMs, DM Confirmations, or other Giveaway information for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or device related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway or downloading any materials, or for entries that are late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or not received. All entry materials may be maintained as part of Fox Television Stations’ giveaway records. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, ACCOUNT, AUTOMATION, OR OTHER SYSTEM, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if it becomes technically or otherwise corrupted, if Instagram or the automated messaging system becomes unavailable, or if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other cause impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry for the same Daily Giveaway Post by using multiple or different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations, logins, devices, or other methods may void all entries associated with that Entrant and result in disqualification. An Entrant may, however, earn one (1) valid entry from each of the five (5) different Daily Giveaway Posts, for a maximum of five (5) entries, as expressly permitted by these Rules.

Use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, or other mechanism to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope no later than one year following the end of the Giveaway Period to: First Fox Run, 10201 W. Pico Blvd., 88/157, Los Angeles, CA 90064.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entry information is provided to Sponsor, not Instagram. Entrants completely release Instagram from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related to this Giveaway.

Unless expressly identified as a Sponsor or prize provider, Tommy Bahama, Barnes & Noble, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway and are not responsible for its administration, winner selection, or fulfillment of any Prize.

By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to release Sponsor, any prize provider, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (b) to Sponsor’s Terms of Use located at https://foxfirstrun.com/termsofuse and Privacy Policy located at https://foxfirstrun.com/privacy.
